Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcome and coordinate with clients & visitors
Manage appointments and clinic operations
Handle calls, inquiries & client support
Maintain reports, records & stock
Coordinate vendors & facility services
Daily logs, staff attendance & basic reporting
Ensure clinic cleanliness & readiness
Support audiologist/centre head in daily admin tasks
