About the Company
Our client is a vertically integrated textile manufacturer specializing in bed linen and home textiles. Known for its innovation and sustainability initiatives, the company produces a wide range of bedding products including fashion, institutional, and utility lines.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
o Assist in managing day-to-day administrative activities across corporate offices and manufacturing units.
Courier & Logistics Coordination:
o Support domestic and international courier operations, including vendor follow-ups and invoice processing.
o Track and record shipments; maintain delivery documentation and MIS reports.
Travel & Hospitality Support:
o Coordinate travel bookings, hotel arrangements, and visa documentation for employees and visitors.
o Assist in maintaining travel expense reports and vendor records.
Office Facility Management:
o Support housekeeping, security, pest control, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
o Track AMC renewals and service schedules.
Vendor Coordination:
o Assist in vendor database management, collecting quotations, and comparing cost proposals.
o Follow up for purchase orders, payments, and service completion.
Expense & MIS Reporting:
o Maintain petty cash records and support monthly expense reconciliation.
o Prepare and update administrative MIS reports.
Event & Meeting Support:
o Help organize internal events, meetings, and conferences.
o Handle logistics such as venue setup, catering, and materials coordination.
Compliance & Documentation:
o Support administrative compliance documentation and assist in audits.
General Assistance:
o Provide support to senior management and the Administration Manager as required.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of logistics, travel management, and office administration.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and teamwork orientation.
Ability to work under supervision and meet deadlines
