Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented
Admin Executive (Tele Sales)
to join our dynamic solar energy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team through backend coordination, telephonic client engagement, and administrative tasks. This role plays a key part in customer acquisition and day-to-day sales operations.
Make outbound calls to potential leads to explain solar products and services.
Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with warm leads.
Schedule meetings/appointments for the field sales team.
Maintain excellent customer service standards and resolve queries.
Administrative Support:
Maintain and update CRM/database with client information, follow-ups, and deal status.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and tender documents.
Coordinate with internal departments for order processing, delivery schedules, and documentation.
Manage daily reporting, MIS, and sales pipeline tracking.
Sales Coordination:
Track leads from various marketing sources and assign them to sales representatives.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and feedback collection.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Support field teams with documentation, presentations, and customer communication.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
