Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized
Admin Executive (Tele caller)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks while also managing inbound and outbound calls to assist clients, promote services, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Tasks:
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems (digital & physical).
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
Assist in preparing reports, invoices, and basic documentation.
Manage schedules, appointments, and bookings.
Tele calling / Customer Interaction:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote travel packages and services.
Handle inbound inquiries professionally and provide detailed information.
Follow up with clients for confirmations, feedback, and payments.
Maintain a call log and customer database using CRM tools.
Provide excellent customer support and resolve queries in a timely manner.
Required Skills:
Should be experienced in Travel Agency ,inbound calls , Outbound calls.
Good verbal and written communication (English & local language).
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ?18,000.00 per month
