Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and maintain records & correspondence.
Maintain attendance, staff coordination, and office inventory.
Assist HR and management with recruitment coordination and onboarding.
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance.
Support sales and operations teams with documentation and reports.
Handle visitors and ensure a professional office environment.
Prepare MIS reports, expense tracking, and petty cash handling.
Requirements:
Qualification: Inter/Graduate in any discipline.
Experience:
1-3 years
of experience in office administration.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Preferred: Experience in financial, banking, or DSA sectors.
