Job Description

Admin Responsibilitis

Develop and enforce disciplinary policies aligned with company values and laws.

Address employee misconduct, policy violations, and conflicts.

Assist in training and development planning

Ability to maintain and organize company records and files.

Ensure office security measures are in place and working.

Proficiency in managing day-to-day office operations.

Maintenance

Store Management:



Supervise receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming materials.

Maintain and verify stock records, ensuring FIFO practices.

Plan and monitor inventory levels, reorder as required to avoid shortages.

Issue materials as per approved requisitions ensuring accurate documentation.

Conduct regular and annual physical stock audits with reconciliation.

Ensure proper housekeeping and safety measures within the store.

Coordinate with the purchase and accounts team for GRN and material discrepancies.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
