Administrative Roles & Responsibilities in an Educational Institution
1.
Administrative Management
Oversee daily administrative operations across the campus to ensure smooth functioning.
Manage facility upkeep, including cleanliness, maintenance, and infrastructure.
Coordinate procurement activities and maintain inventory through vendor management.

Operational Support
Ensure strict compliance with institutional policies and operational protocols.
Assist in planning and executing logistics for events, meetings, and workshops.
Supervise transportation services, including school bus operations and route planning.
3.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as the primary liaison between parents, staff, and management for operational concerns.
Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of administrative personnel.
4.
Safety & Compliance
Monitor and enforce health and safety standards across the campus.
Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and institutional norms.
5.
Student Records Management
Maintain accurate records of students, staff, and operational activities.
Prepare and present periodic operational reports to senior management.
