Key Responsibilities:
Follow up with Production Team
for updates on pending sales orders and delivery timelines.
Coordinate with Customers
for timely payment collection and invoice clarifications.
Communicate with Suppliers
to ensure on-time delivery of purchase components and raw materials and visit them as well if needed.
Maintain records of follow-ups, commitments, and resolutions in an organized format.
Manage calls, emails, and reports related to daily coordination tasks.
Provide daily/weekly updates to management on follow-up status.
Requirements:
? 1-3 years of experience in admin, back office, or coordination roles (manufacturing sector preferred).
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English.
? Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and general office software.
? Highly organized, punctual, and proactive.
? Familiarity with basic sales and purchase processes is a plus.
