Duties

Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving sales processes.

Perform data entry tasks and maintain databases related to customer information and sales metrics.
Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professionalism.
Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
