Job Description

Role Purpose



To handle all

RTO-related documentation, bank coordination work

, and other

administrative travel-related activities

, ensuring compliance, timely processing, and smooth coordination with government offices, banks, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities



RTO / Transport Related Activities



Coordinate / Submission with

RTO offices

for vehicle registration, permit renewals, fitness certificates, RC transfer, hypothecation endorsement, address change, etc. Handle

road tax payments

, challans, and related follow-ups. Manage

vehicle insurance documentation

and liaison with insurance agencies. Ensure timely renewal of

PUC, permits, fitness, and licenses

. Maintain updated

vehicle & RTO records

in soft & hard copies. Coordinate with agents for faster RTO processing when required.

Bank Related Activities



Visit banks for

account opening, document submission, verification, and follow-ups

. Coordinate for

loan documentation, EMI details, hypothecation closure, and NOCs

. Submit and collect bank-related documents as per company requirements. Maintain proper records of all bank correspondence and acknowledgments.

Administrative & Travel Duties



Regular travel to

RTO offices, banks, insurance offices, and government departments

. Support admin tasks such as

document collection, courier dispatch, and follow-ups

. Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Transport) for documentation needs. Ensure confidentiality and safe handling of company documents.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain

MIS reports

for RTO & bank-related activities. Track renewal dates and submit timely alerts to management. Prepare status reports and submit to Admin / HR Head.

Skills & Competencies



Good knowledge of

RTO procedures and transport documentation

. Familiarity with

banking processes and documentation

. Strong follow-up and coordination skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email). Good communication skills in

local language & English

. Ability to travel frequently and manage field work independently.

Qualification & Experience



Qualification:

Any Graduate / Diploma

Experience:

1-3 years in Admin / Transport / RTO coordination role

Mandatory:

Valid two-wheeler license (preferred)

Salary:

18 k Gross /-

Male Candidate Preferable


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
