Oversee office cleanliness, organization, and supply inventory, placing orders as needed to maintain stock and ensure the workspace is well-maintained.
Communication:
Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence, ensuring important messages are relayed accurately and on time.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Manage and update executive and team calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for staff members.
Record Keeping:
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems, create and update databases, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
Support & Collaboration:
Assist various departments, such as HR and Finance, with administrative tasks, support new employees with onboarding, and collaborate with external vendors and clients.
Documentation:
Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other important documents for meetings and internal use.
Event Support:
Help plan and coordinate office events, training sessions, and team activities.
Compliance:
Ensure administrative practices and office procedures align with company policies and relevant regulations.
