The Supervisor will assist the senior team in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth execution of tasks across vertical expansion, electrical maintenance, civil repair, and administrative support. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and vendors, proactive problem-solving, and strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Work (Vertical Expansion)
Supervise the Vertical Expansion Project and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Electrical Equipment and DG Room Management
Conduct routine inspections of electrical equipment, DG room, and air conditioning systems to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Maintain a Management Information System (MIS) for tracking maintenance activities.
Campus Civil Repair and Maintenance
Inspect the campus for civil wear and tear.
Coordinate civil repair works and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
Administrative Support Work
Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the senior team.
Maintain records, assist in reporting, and support vendor management activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate in Engineering / Facilities Management / Administration or related field.
2-5 years of experience in operations, project supervision, or facility management.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Good communication and reporting abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
