Key Responsibilities:
Front Office & Reception Management:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Manage courier, mail, and front desk operations efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs and ensure front office area is presentable.
Administrative Support:
Support daily office operations and documentation.
Coordinate logistics for dispatch & courier Management.
Travel & Ticketing:
Handle travel bookings (air, train, hotel) for employees and management.
Coordinate with travel agencies and ensure cost-effective travel arrangements.
Maintain travel records, itineraries, and reimbursement documentation.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality or Administration preferred).
Experience:
2-4 years of experience in administration, reception, and ticketing.
Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with travel booking portals and coordination.
Pleasant personality, good multitasking, and time management skills.
Joining: Immediate or within 15 days preferred
