Infinium Developers is a growing real estate company based in Coimbatore, involved in Residential Projects, Commercial Spaces, IT Parks, and Plot Developments. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
Maintain stock of office supplies and coordinate procurement when required.
Keep the office environment neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
Handle basic documentation, filing, and administrative record-keeping.
Oversee housekeeping operations and ensure smooth daily office functioning.
Coordination & Support:
Coordinate with internal teams for any admin-related requirements.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing meeting room arrangements.
Provide general administrative support to the management team.
Assist with travel, cab, and accommodation arrangements whenever required.
Vendor & Maintenance Management:
Coordinate with vendors for office repairs, service needs, and maintenance work.
Ensure timely servicing and upkeep of office equipment (printers, systems, internet, etc.).
Compliance & Reporting:
Maintain admin-related documents, bills, invoices, and reports.
Ensure timely processing of utility payments, rent, and service renewals.
Experience Preferred:
