Key Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and update
project and operational documents
Handle
basic paperwork
, letters, forms, and reports
Perform
data entry and updates in ERP system
Ensure accuracy and timely updating of records in ERP
Maintain
physical and digital filing systems
Coordinate with
client offices
for document submission, approvals, and follow-ups
Visit
client offices / project sites
as required for documentation and coordination work
Support operations and project teams with required documentation
Track and organize incoming and outgoing documents
Assist in general
office and back-office operations
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Basic working knowledge of
ERP systems
(any ERP)
Proficiency in
MS Word, Excel, and email
Willingness to travel locally for
client office and site visits
Good communication and coordination skills
