No. of Position : - 01 Position : - ADMIN EXECUTIVE Preferred : - Male Candidates Department : - HR & ADMIN Location : - BANER, PUNE Education / Qualification : - ANY GRADUATE Experience : - 2 years Salary : - 15K TO 20 K -* Negotiable* / Responsibilities: - * Update the Organization chart of the Office * Maintain time to time about the status of incoming and outgoing Documents. * Update & Payment Stationary, Electricity Bills, Telephone Bills. * Handle the Project Files, Contract Files, Employee File, Insurance, Scanning, Xerox etc. Confidentially. * Monitor the House Keeping and provide the necessary things * Coordinate with the Personnel Managers for related issues * Looking after all the administration related work.
