Key Responsibilities:
Housekeeping Management:
Implement and monitor 5S principles (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
Canteen Facility Oversight:
Ensure proper functioning and hygiene standards in the canteen.
Employee Relations:
Address daily grievances of laborers and manage disciplinary matters effectively.
Bill Verification:
Cross-check and validate bills related to HR and administrative expenses.
Safety Compliance:
Conduct weekly checks of eye wash stations and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
Expense Control:
Monitor and control costs related to manpower, labor, and other administrative expenditures.
Waste Management:
Implement and supervise waste disposal and recycling processes.
Compensation & Benefits Support:
Assist in managing employee compensation and benefits programs.
Vehicle Management:
Oversee staff vehicle allocation and maintenance.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred).
2-4 years of experience in administration or facility management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
