Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle general
office administration tasks
and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Visit
banks, government offices, and vendors
as required for official work.
Act as a
mediator between vendors and management
for service coordination and procurement.
Manage and maintain
office supplies, stationery, and equipment
inventory.
Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient functioning of administrative systems.
Manage
procurement processes
and ensure timely replenishment of office materials.
Support
HR and Finance teams
with data management, forms, and compliance tracking.
Assist in organizing
company events, meetings, and celebrations
.
Handle
general correspondence, courier dispatch, and visitor management
at the reception area.
