We are looking for a proactive and service-oriented
Admin Executive
to oversee daily administrative and facility operations at our Mohali office. This role is well-suited for candidates from a
hospitality or hotel management background
seeking to transition into a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily housekeeping and maintain a clean, professional office environment
Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, and manage vendor-related tasks
Prepare and manage duty rosters for housekeeping, security, and support staff
Ensure availability of resources during weekends and public holidays
Arrange food and transportation for employees working late hours
Train and monitor support staff to maintain service quality standards
Handle internal service-related concerns and resolve complaints in a timely manner
Manage office inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
Provide administrative support across departments and ensure daily operations run smoothly
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred)
1 to 2 years of experience in administration or facilities (preferably in hospitality or service roles)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Excellent planning, time management, and organizational abilities
Capability to multitask and perform well under pressure
High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail
