Front Office Executive
to be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and partners. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk operations, ensure smooth administrative processes, and represent BIZNest Property with professionalism and warmth.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, presentable, and welcoming at all times.
Handle visitor registration, security protocols, and appointment scheduling.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and facility teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Maintain inventory and manage office supplies.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and property tours.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
