Handle employee grievances in consultation with corporate HR.
Exit formalities at site.
Qualifications: Educational Qualification: Graduate + PG in HR Experiences: Minimum of 04 + years work experience in overall HR and Admin - Payroll, Time attendance, Leave management, Site admin related jobs - Guesthouse, Vehicle & Vendor Management, Bill processing, employee engagement activities. labour law & other related statutory knowledge. Good multitasking skills, accuracy and attention to details. Open to learning with a positive attitude and work in a team environment. Demonstrate teamwork and customer service skills. Should be from Infrastructure companies.
