Key Responsibilities:
Assist in recruitment activities including posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data with confidentiality.
Support payroll coordination by ensuring timely and accurate information submission.
Assist in staff welfare, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage office operations, vendor coordination, and procurement of supplies.
Assist in facility management, travel arrangements, and event logistics.
Handle visitor management, dispatch/courier, and basic front-desk duties.
Prepare administrative reports and support compliance documentation.
Required Skills and Experience:
Master's degree in Administration / Management / HR or relevant field.
3-5 years of experience in admin and/or HR roles preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle responsibilities professionally.
