Oversee general administrative activities such as office maintenance, housekeeping, and stationery management.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, couriers, and phone calls.
Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.
Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
Support vendor management, procurement, and office inventory tracking.
Prepare and maintain administrative reports, documentation, and filing systems.
Liaise with internal departments and external service providers as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in day-to-day operations.

Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA / B.Com / BA).
Additional certification in office administration or HR operations will be an advantage.
Experience:
3 to 4 years of relevant administrative or office management experience preferred.
