Admin Executive
to manage office administration, documentation, and operational support activities.
The candidate must be skilled in
Excel, Google Sheets, communication, and office coordination

Key Responsibilities:
Handle front-desk operations, office coordination & administrative tasks
Draft professional emails, manage correspondence & maintain records
Prepare daily reports using Excel & Google Sheets
Support HR, accounts & operations with documentation
Manage office supplies, vendor coordination & scheduling
Assist in organizing meetings, appointments & internal communication
FOLLOW UP of works from people / departments
Calendar Scheduling for MD
Personal works of MD
Email drafting
Delegated tasks to be completed
Qualification required:
Minimum qualification required
Graduate or bachelor Degree in any stream.
Mandatory: Google Sheets / MS Excel, Good English, Email drafting.
