Job Purpose
To manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Time Office Management:
Monitor and manage biometric or attendance systems daily.
Maintain accurate employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records.
Verify attendance data and prepare monthly summaries for payroll processing.
Ensure timely updates of new joiners, resignations, and shift changes in the system.
Handle leave applications, maintain leave balance reports, and track absenteeism.
Prepare and share time office reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with HR and management.
Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory norms (PF, ESIC, etc., if applicable).
Administrative Support:
Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, and record keeping.
managing courier dispatches.
Maintain and manage office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory.
Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff or guests.
Assist in organizing company events, audits, and employee engagement activities.
Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and office services.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in Time Office and administrative roles.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or corporate environments preferred.
Familiarity with HRMS / ERP systems is an added advantage.
