Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and maintain office efficiency.
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and office maintenance.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, calls, couriers).
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Assist HR in organizing interviews, onboarding, and documentation.
Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office files and records (physical and digital).
Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies.
Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative executive, office administrator, or similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative role.
