Key Responsibilities



? Maintain and manage training-related data using

MS Excel

(attendance sheets, reports, trackers, schedules).

? Handle

Google Drive

operations, including file organization, document updates, access sharing, and task tracking.

? Create, schedule, and manage

Google Meet

sessions; share meeting links with trainers and learners, and ensure proper access.

? Draft, send, and manage official

email communication

related to training schedules, updates, and coordination.

? Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to ensure timely execution of training sessions.

? Maintain accurate records and documentation for all training activities.

? Provide ongoing administrative and operational support to the training team as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications



? Good working knowledge of

MS Excel

.

? Familiarity with

Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Tasks, and Google Meet

.

? Ability to create and manage Google Meet links and participant access.

? Strong

written and verbal communication skills

, especially for professional emails.

? Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and processes.

? Strong organizational and time-management skills.

? close attention to detail with a responsible and proactive work attitude.

Preferred Skills



? Prior experience in training coordination or administrative support roles.

Experience working with trainers, faculty, or education-based teams
