Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Admin Support
Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless visitor and client experience
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
Maintain administrative records, files, and databases
Manage Stationery, Pantry , printing , IT , AMCs , Courier Petty cash
Organize gifts for special occasions
HR Support:
Maintain employee records & letters, attendance, and salary registers
Post job openings on Indeed, Naukri, and other recruitment agencies Screen and shortlist candidates for interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process
Organize staff events, including lunches, birthday celebrations, and outings
Travel Arrangements:
Book air and rail tickets, hotel reservations (domestic and international) & Provide travel updates and itinerary changes
Process visas and passports
Manage travel budgets and expenses & Research and recommend travel options
Key Skills:
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure & Independently
Attention to detail and accuracy & Problem-solving and adaptability
Requirement :
Bachelor's (Required),
English (Required)writeen & Verbal
Prior Experience as with Travel Desk Management is must
