We are looking for a reliable and organized Admin Executive to manage office administration and ensure smooth day-to-day operations at our Mumbai location. The role requires strong coordination skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office operations and administrative activities
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and services
Manage office inventory, assets, and records
Handle travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics when required
Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation
Maintain filing systems, invoices, and office records
Ensure compliance with company policies and office procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
