Job Description

We're looking for a proactive and organised School Admin who can ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our school operations. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys multitasking, loves working in an educational setup, and can coordinate effortlessly with staff, students, and parents.

Key Responsibilities :

Administrative Operations

Oversee daily school operations and ensure all activities run smoothly.

Manage front office duties including visitor management, calls, emails, and student/parent queries.

Maintain student records, attendance, and documentation as per school standards.

Coordinate with teaching & non-teaching staff for schedules, events, and administrative needs.

Logistics & Coordination

Support admission counsellors during admission season (forms, data, documentation, arranging interaction rounds).

Handle transport coordination, housekeeping, security, and vendor communication.

Manage inventory of stationery, uniforms, ID cards, certificates, and other essentials.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure all administrative processes comply with school policies.

Prepare periodic MIS reports, documentation, circulars, and notices.

Support audits and maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval.

Event Support

Assist in planning and execution of school events, competitions, PTMs, annual day, etc.

Coordinate with parents, vendors, and internal teams for smooth event flow.

Must-Have Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Prior experience as a school admin (mandatory)

Strong organisational skills & attention to detail

Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets, and basic administrative software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
