Job Summary



The Admin Executive is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations, facility management, vendor coordination, and support services. This role helps maintain an efficient workplace environment and assists various departments with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities1. Office Administration



Manage front office operations, visitor handling, and incoming/outgoing communication. Maintain office supplies, stationery, pantry stock, and inventory. Oversee housekeeping standards and ensure cleanliness of office premises. Manage meeting rooms, schedules, and office equipment.

2. Vendor & Facility Management



Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, housekeeping, security, and other services. Negotiate rates and ensure timely delivery of goods/services. Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) and renewals. Track facility needs (electricity, AC, lifts, CCTV, IT equipment, etc.).

3. Documentation & Compliance



Maintain administrative records, bills, and invoices. Assist in compliance documentation such as licenses, renewals, and safety audits. Handle company assets and maintain updated asset registers.

4. Support to HR & Operations



Assist with onboarding formalities, ID cards, seating arrangements, and welcome kits. Coordinate travel bookings, accommodations, and logistics for employees. Support event management for internal events, meetings, and trainings.

5. Administrative Reporting



Prepare daily/weekly administrative reports. Process and submit bills for approval and payments. Track budget spending related to admin act

Qualifications & Experience



Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred: Business Administration/Commerce) 1-4 years of experience in office administration or similar roles Experience managing vendors or facilities is an advantage

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
