Co-ordinating with Executive Assistants of Senior Management for their day-to-day requirements
Manage Air travel, Hotel Bookings and Car transport for the company employees and Senior Management Assisting VIP and VVIP guests and arranging for their lunch and snacks
Meeting room bookings and refreshment set up arrangements. Handling housekeeping and pantry team
Handling Daily/Weekly/Monthly Billing
Track and manage Servicing & Renewals of Appliances, Responsible for all repairs and maintenance work
Vendor Management - Office and event related & allotting the work accordingly
Monitor and track renewal with all the vendors for office infrastructure. Official Courier tracking, Stationary Management
