Job Title: Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee the daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
Manage office vendors and service contracts.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Documentation & Filing:
Maintain and organize office files, both physical and electronic, ensuring that records are easily accessible.
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Employee Relations & Support:
Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
Manage employee attendance, leaves, and other administrative tasks related to personnel.
Event Coordination:
Organize office events, meetings, and other functions, including logistics and catering if necessary.
Health & Safety Compliance:
Ensure that office facilities comply with health and safety regulations.
Coordinate with building management for maintenance and repairs as needed.
Miscellaneous Tasks:
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in an office or administrative role.
