About the role
The Admin Executive is responsible for front desk operations, facility hygiene, doctor support, and overall centre management to ensure a seamless customer experience at House of Cure.

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Desk Management
Greet doctors and patients courteously.
Manage check-ins, appointment queries, and waiting area flow.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries.
2. Facility & Hygiene Upkeep
Conduct regular checks of cabins, washrooms, reception, and common areas.
Coordinate with housekeeping for cleaning and sanitization.
Maintain AC, lighting, and equipment functionality by raising timely service requests.
3. Administrative Operations
Maintain daily registers, attendance, and cabin usage logs.
Handle petty cash, bills, and receipt books (if assigned).
Manage stock of consumables, stationery, and cleaning items.
4. Doctor & Practitioner Support
Guide doctors to their assigned cabins.
Ensure cabins are clean, sanitised, and ready before every appointment.
Help resolve basic operational requests quickly.
5. Coordination
Liaise with technicians, vendors, service partners, and sales team.
Support the marketing/sales team when required.
Execute opening & closing checklists daily.

Professional, presentable, and calm under pressure
Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp Web, Sheets, Email)
Punctual, disciplined, and strong hygiene awareness

Qualifications
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
1-3 years experience in admin/front desk roles
Experience in clinics, co-working spaces, wellness centres, or hospitality is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
