Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees at the reception.
Answer calls, manage emails, and maintain visitor logs.
Ensure the reception area and office premises are clean and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, housekeeping materials, maintenance, and repairs.
Track office inventory and raise purchase requests for required items.
Supervise and manage office boys; assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
Manage courier (inward/outward) and office documentation.
Support meeting room arrangements and office events.
Assist HR/Admin teams with routine administrative tasks.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field.
1-3 years of experience in admin, receptionist, or front desk roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and handle day-to-day operations efficiently.
