We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Office Administrator
to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in our office. The ideal candidate will be efficient, detail-oriented, and possess strong administrative and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage general office operations and supply inventory
Handle correspondence including emails, phone calls, and documentation
Maintain records, organize files, and perform accurate data entry
Schedule meetings, appointments, and assist with travel arrangements
Support HR tasks like attendance tracking, leave management, and onboarding
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant office environment
Assist management with various administrative duties
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent qualification)
2+ years of experience in office administration or similar role
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
