Formulate and implement Admin SOPs and policies.
Oversee stationery, pantry, and housekeeping management.
Maintain cleanliness across office premises including washrooms, reception, and departments.
2. Vendor Management
Develop new vendor relationships and negotiate best pricing.
Coordinate with service providers (carpenter, electrician, etc.).
Manage vendor payments and performance tracking.
3. Facility & Maintenance
Handle AMC for ACs, CCTV, intercom, and water filters.
Ensure timely maintenance of fixtures, furniture, and office assets.
4. Event & Logistics Support
Track inward/outward stock for events and ensure timely transportation.
Coordinate event stall repair and material arrangements.
Arrange logistics and materials for company events or festivals.
Handle ticket and hotel bookings for staff.
Ensure proper handover of company assets (ID cards, laptops, SIMs, etc.) from resigned employees.
7. Security & Confidentiality
Oversee CCTV surveillance and office security.
Maintain confidentiality in sensitive tasks assigned by higher management.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative or facility management roles.
Strong negotiation and coordination skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
