We are seeking an experienced

Admin Executive

to handle day-to-day administrative operations and ensure smooth office functioning.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

Admin SOPs and policies

. Manage and coordinate with

vendors

(carpenter, electrician, etc.) and ensure best negotiations. Oversee

stationery, pantry, and housekeeping

management. Handle

AMC renewals and maintenance

of ACs, CCTV, intercoms, and office equipment. Track

inward/outward stock

for events and ensure timely transport. Maintain

office cleanliness, security, and CCTV surveillance

. Arrange

facilities and materials

for events, festivals, and internal functions. Manage

travel bookings, office lease renewals, and license renewals

. Ensure proper

handover of company assets

(IT equipment, ID cards, etc.) from resigned employees. Handle

confidential administrative tasks

assigned by management.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in admin or facility management. Strong

vendor management and negotiation

skills. Good knowledge of

office maintenance, AMC, and housekeeping supervision

. Proficiency in

MS Office

and basic documentation. Excellent

coordination and communication

abilities.

Male candidates

residing in or near

Thane

preferred. Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
