Job Description

Handling the entire gamut of administrative activities mentioned below:

Handling Housekeeping team and maintaining their attendance.

Handling all kinds of administrative bills viz. Electricity, Stationery, Water etc....

Coordinating with all vendors for bills and ensuring timely payment disbursals.

Checking and replenishing stationery as and when needed.

Timely checking company asset fitting & fixtures and ensuring the task is completed by the vendor.

Maintaining office decorum.

Assisting the HR in handling the attendance, interviews & vendor co-ordination, joining formalities, maintaining personnel files, employee engagement activities etc...

Communication -

Good communication skills in English

Language

- English/Hindi/ Marathi

Experience -



o Proven work experience in Administration

o Handled a team of housekeeping staff

o Attendance Management

o Compliance

o Vendor Management

o Demonstrable leadership abilities

o Sound judgement

Qualification - Minimum Graduation



Should have his own 2-wheeler vehicle

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
