Act as the administrative point of contact between departments and external clients.
Handle requests, queries, and correspondence (letters, emails, packages) appropriately.
Maintain and update company databases and organize filing systems for important documents.
Manage office supplies stock and place orders as needed.
Update and implement office policies as required.
2. Communication & Coordination
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Answer queries from employees and clients professionally.
Take dictation, minutes, and accurately enter data for reports and meetings.
Maintain a company calendar, schedule appointments, and provide reminders.
3. Financial & Reporting Tasks
Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations with statistical data.
4. Travel & Event Management
Arrange travel and accommodations for employees and executives.
Schedule and coordinate in-house and external events, including meetings and training sessions.
