Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure efficient functioning of all administrative activities.
Manage office supplies, stationery, and inventory; coordinate purchase and replenishment as required.
Supervise housekeeping, security, and maintenance staff to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are maintained.
Handle vendor management -- sourcing, negotiation, and payment coordination.
Maintain records, files, and documentation related to administration and company assets.
Support HR and Accounts teams in administrative tasks such as attendance, courier, and documentation.
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, couriers, and phone calls.
Handle utility bills, rent agreements, and renewals for office premises.
Ensure compliance with office policies and assist in improving operational systems and processes.
Support management in any additional administrative or operational tasks as required.
Completing the tasks given by the Director.
