Job Summary

:

The

Admin Executive

Is Responsible for Providing Comprehensive Administrative Support to Ensure Efficient Operation of the Office. This Role Involves Managing Day-To-Day Administrative Tasks, Coordinating with Various Departments, Maintaining Office Facilities, and Assisting in HR, Procurement, and Vendor Management Activities.

Key Responsibilities:



Office Management:



? Oversee Daily Administrative Operations and Ensure Smooth Office Functioning.

? Maintain Inventory of Office Supplies and Ensure Timely Replenishment.

? Ensure Cleanliness, Safety, and Orderliness of the Workplace.

Vendor & Procurement Management:



? Identify and Negotiate with Vendors for Office Supplies, Maintenance Services, and Equipment.

? Process Purchase Orders, Quotations, and Invoices in Coordination with the Finance Team.

Travel & Logistics:



? Organize Company Events, Meetings, and Conferences.

Record Keeping & Documentation:



? Maintain Proper Filing Systems (Both Digital and Physical) for Administrative Documents.

? Handle Incoming and Outgoing Correspondence, Couriers, and Communication with Stakeholders.

Support to HR & Management:



? Assist in Onboarding Activities for New Employees (Desk Setup, ID Cards, Access, Etc.).

? Support HR in Organizing Employee Engagement Activities and Maintaining Attendance Records.

? Provide General Support to Management and Staff as Required.

Compliance & Reporting:



? Ensure Adherence to Company Policies, Safety Procedures, and Statutory Requirements.

? Prepare Periodic Reports on Administrative Expenses and Office Operations.

Qualifications & Skills:



? Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a Related Field.

? Experience: 2-5 Years of Experience in Administration, Office Management, or Similar Roles.

Skills Required:



? Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills.

? Strong Organizational and Multitasking Abilities.

? Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

? Attention to Detail and Problem-Solving Skills.

? Ability to Handle Confidential Information with Integrity.
