Oversee daily office operations (correspondence, scheduling, visitor handling)
Manage records and documentation (filing, archiving)
Maintain supplies/inventory; coordinate with vendors
Support HR & Finance (onboarding, invoices, petty cash)
Ensure facility upkeep, safety & compliance
Prepare reports & suggest admin process improvements
Required Skills:
Strong organizational, communication and multitasking skills
Proficient with MS Office / basic accounting
High integrity, confidentiality, proactive attitude
Qualification & Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree (BBA / MBA In HR)
Experience:
1-2 years in admin or service sector
