Responsibilities:
Make GST, TDS, ESI and PF payments online for the organization
Keep income expense statement, coordinate with CA firm with monthly bank statements and reconciliations
Handle basic office errands and small purchases (stationery, supplies, etc.)
Book flight and train tickets for the team members of the office
Deposit cash to the bank twice in a week
Get prints, photocopies, and scans of documents/designs as required
Coordinate with the vendors for any repair and maintenance needed in the clinic
Assist in vendor coordination for small tasks (courier, delivery, etc.)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office space
Support the team in administrative tasks as and when needed
Requirements:
BCom graduate with basic accounting knowledge
Must have knowledge of Computers, Excel and basic working on Google sheet
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Willingness to do multitasking and small office-related jobs
