Position Overview

The Admin & Mentor Management Associate will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth coordination between the mentor network and internal departments. This role involves managing mentor operations, scheduling, attendance, and overall engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills, ensuring operational efficiency and mentor satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee mentor operations including attendance, leave management, and roster planning.

2. Coordinate and communicate class schedules, substitutions, and timing adjustments.

3. Act as the point of contact for mentor-related operational queries and escalations.

4. Maintain and regularly update mentor data including availability, leaves, and engagement reports.

5. Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Operations teams for onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.

6. Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements to enhance mentor experience and process efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

2. 1-3 years of experience in operations, administrative coordination, or team management (preferably in EdTech or service-based organizations).

3. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

4. Strong time management and problem-solving abilities.

5. Proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM / internal communication tools (e.g., Interakt, WhatsApp Business, or similar).

Ability to handle multiple priorities and maintain composure in a dynamic work environment.
