We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive
Admin Executive
to join our team in Pune Pimpri-Chinchwad. The candidate will handle day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, and provide support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage office administration and general operations.
Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Oversee office inventory, stationery, and asset management.
Support HR and management in scheduling meetings and events.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and office communications.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
Graduate degree in any stream.
1-2 years of experience as an Admin Executive or similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
