Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Admin Executive to handle general administration, travel coordination, conference arrangements, and internal operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle day-to-day office responsibilities with efficiency and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage ticketing and travel bookings for staff (daily and scheduled)
Handle conference bookings and arrangements for internal and external events
Prepare and manage quotations for sales conferences; coordinate bookings and negotiations
Verify and maintain records of salesmen's expenses
Liaise with vendors for bookings, quotations, and confirmations
Assist with general administrative duties and operational support
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all travel and conference-related activities
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office
Candidate Profile / Skills Required:
Organizational skills - ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Time management - meet deadlines and handle urgent requests
Interpersonal skills - collaborate with staff, vendors, and management
Written communication - clear documentation and email writing
Verbal communication - professional phone and in-person communication
Attention to detail - accurate records and careful expense verification
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Adaptability - comfortable handling changing tasks and priorities
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in administration
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred
Female candidates preferred as per internal requirements
Experience in ticketing, travel booking, and event coordination is a strong advantage
Residing near or willing to travel to Vasai East
