Key Responsibilities:Facility & Office Management
Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities including electricity, air-conditioning, security, and overall upkeep.
Coordinate periodic building maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections.
Vendor Management
Identify, evaluate, and manage service providers for housekeeping, catering, security, courier, etc.
Maintain vendor contracts, negotiate terms, and monitor performance for compliance and quality.
Housekeeping & Hygiene
Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards across the premises.
Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning materials and other consumables.
Travel & Logistics
Handle travel arrangements including flight/train bookings, hotel accommodations, and local conveyance for employees and visitors.
Maintain travel records and process travel expense reimbursements.
Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain records of company assets including laptops, furniture, and equipment.
Conduct periodic audits and coordinate for repairs/replacements as necessary.
Administrative Support
Assist in organizing company events, internal meetings, and visitor arrangements.
Support internal teams with documentation, courier dispatches, and general admin tasks.
