BVS Global hiring - Admin Executive
Key Responsibilities
Assist the management team with administrative tasks and projects.
Manage and coordinate admin tasks across all office locations.
Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Communicate with service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure quality services.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
Address and resolve administrative issues promptly.
Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure all facilities are in optimal condition.
Ensure that all office locations comply with health and safety regulations.
Required Skills
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office admin assistant. Having GCC experience is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Organizational and planning skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
