Key Responsibilities
Manage office administration, housekeeping, and facility maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for office requirements.
Oversee inventory management for office supplies, equipment, and assets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
Handle travel arrangements, event coordination, and meeting logistics.
Support HR and finance teams with administrative documentation, attendance, and petty cash handling.
Maintain records, reports, and filing systems efficiently.
Supervise office staff, security, and support personnel where applicable.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2-3 years of proven experience in administration/executive role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage vendors, negotiations, and contracts.
Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
